If you are interested to participate as an exhibitor at India Lab Expo 2010, we kindly advise you to follow the described procedure below :-
1. Please examine thoroughly the “Exhibition Contract” form, which can be downloaded from here
In a case of discripancy to open the above document please contact at the following e-mail: info@indialabexpo.com or at the telephones stated above in order to receive the form
2. Consider your participation by ordering a built up or non-built up exhibition area.
3. Please make yourself acquainted with the General terms for participation.
4. Get in touch with the Office of the India Lab Expo at the following e-mail: info@indialabexpo.com or at the telephones stated above in order to receive a specific offer and actual information about the exhibition floor distribution and the free spaces available at the time of the inquiry.
5. Fill in the form of the “Exhibition Contract” by hand and fax it to the fax number: +91 11 27604600 or send it to our office address after signed and stamped.
6. A pro-forma invoice should be received for the advance payment of 50% of the total amount of your order, after receiving of your signed and stamped order form, for which a payment should be made up to 7 days from the date of it’s issuance.
7. The remaining 50% are due to the Organizer at least 45 days before the specific trade show official opening (as clearly stated in the “Exhibition Contract”);
Important: The deadline for ordering an exhibition stands for each separate issue of the India Lab Expo is 30 days before the official opening of the trade show.
Note that an order made after the 45th day before the official opening has to be 100% prepaid.
Exhibitors with overdue amounts according to the “Exhibition Contract” less than 7 days before the opening of the exhibition are not allowed to participate.
